General Business Practices
You Should Know...

We assess your business needs and determine an estimate of time based on the information we discuss in the initial needs phase or you can let us know what you want. Then we request a retainer on work to get started!

All projects and services rendered by DirectionWorks are on a month-to-month retainer basis. Therefore, you pay as you go.

Changes and additions and other unexpected need occur with most every project; we are consciences of your time so please look for requests from us and respond quickly so we can get your project completed efficiently.

If there is more time spent on your project than what your retainer was for, we will bill you the remaining hours the next month.

• All accounts opened and passwords, graphics and other material created for your company are available to you at any time.
• We only host websites with which DirectionWorks has an active roll in marketing, updating and its effectiveness for our clients.
• All DirectionWorks creative, web and internet services are billed at one single rate per hour. Deposits are required on all projects requiring 20 hours or more to complete in the month.
• In order to keep our rates affordable, retainers are required each month for regular marketing programs. Differences in retainer vs. additional work are billed at the end of each month along with the following month’s retainer.
